Lost Till Found is an online wellbeing space for women who feel disconnected from themselves - through motherhood, work, relationships, burnout, grief, people-pleasing, or simply the weight of everyday life. Our courses combine reflection, practical tools, movement, meditation and expert guidance to help you pause, reconnect and remember who you are underneath it all.
No. Lost Till Found isn't a replacement for therapy, coaching or medical care, and our founders aren't therapists or clinicians. What we offer is guided reflection and practical wellbeing tools - a space to reconnect with yourself, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. If you're navigating something more serious, we'd always encourage you to also seek support from a qualified professional alongside anything you do with us.
Katie and Debbi are the founders of Lost Till Found. They came to this from different backgrounds and different life experiences, but a shared truth: they both know what it feels like to lose themselves. Lost Till Found is for any woman who feels like she's been putting everyone else first, has lost confidence in who she is, feels overwhelmed or burnt out, is navigating a big life change, or simply knows something needs to shift but isn't sure where to start. There's no "right" starting point - just the readiness to pause.
